Inbox
Customer chat threads
- The Inbox collects conversations started from your public chat widget.
- The left panel lists all threads; click one to read the full conversation on the right.
- The AI assistant handles most questions automatically. Use Inbox when a thread needs a personal reply — type in the composer and hit Send.
- Delete a thread using the trash icon when the conversation is closed.
Tips
- The AI label appears on bubbles generated by the assistant so you can tell them apart from customer messages.
